# British Foreign Policy Group (BFPG) > The British Foreign Policy Group is an independent, non-partisan think tank based in London, focused on the intersection between domestic and foreign policy. BFPG produces research, analysis and events designed to strengthen public understanding of and engagement with UK foreign policy, and to advance the UK's international engagement. BFPG is a not-for-profit organisation (BFPG Limited, company no. 10435206). It does not take institutional positions on policy issues. Its flagship output is the Annual Survey of UK Public Opinion on Foreign Policy — the leading UK quantitative research project on public attitudes to foreign affairs. BFPG also co-convenes the UK Soft Power Group with the British Council, and runs the Diplomatic Hour event series with London's Diplomatic Corps.
