The British Foreign Policy Group welcomes Flora Holmes

Flora Holmes joins the British Foreign Policy Group

The British Foreign Policy Group is today delighted to welcome Flora Holmes, who joins the team as a Researcher.

Previously, Flora has worked in research in both the UK and EU Parliaments – directly for a Member of Parliament in the UK, where she focussed in devolution, and on joint-working programmes at the European Parliament, with a focus of Africa-Caribbean and Pacific regions.

Flora studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford, and Global Politics at the London School of Economics. She has a deep grounding in Middle Eastern politics, international relations, and the political effects of globalisation – and has also focussed on transitions to democracy in authoritarian states.

We look forward to working with Flora at the British Foreign Policy Group as the team moves into a new phase of expansion.
