Jack Pannell

Jack is a Senior Researcher at the British Foreign Policy Group. His research interests include the relationship between domestic and foreign policy and Latin America. Prior to joining BFPG he worked as a researcher at the Institute for Government, specialising in parliament and the UK constitution. He previously worked at the Council on hemispheric Affairs in Washington D.C. He holds a BA in History from Warwick University and an MPhil in Latin American Studies from Oxford University.
